NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream!

Hi guys!

So recently I have rediscovered an old product from my make up collection, NYX soft matte lip creams! These are basically a lipstick in liquid form. They effortlessly glide onto the lips, and won't move around during the day.

I have recently been loving the colour Monte Carlo. This is a deep red but can be lightly dabbed onto the lips for a more subtle look.

From the pictures above you can see that you apply the product with a doe foot applicator which makes it very easy to use when you're out!

Now onto the actual product! These are very creamy (hence the name!) and stay on all day. They leave a matte finish so can be quite drying on the lips so I recommend putting a lip balm on before. I must say that I prefer the darker colours in the range. I also own one called Tokyo (which is a light baby pink colour) and it it doesn't sit very nicely on the lips. So I wouldn't recommend that one!

For the packaging of the product, I think it is rather nice. They have a matte lid, which I must say I do really like! For the price, you can't really complain.

These retail for £5.50 each, which isn't bad considering the price of other lip products on the market. NYX is very hard to find in stores in the UK, but they do have an online shop, which you can look at here!

Have you tried any NYX products? Let me know in the comments!

Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche

Hi guys!

So today I decided I would tell you about my all time favourite fragrance, Chanel Chance! I'm sure many of you have heard of this fragrance as it is loved by many beauty bloggers.

For Christmas I was lucky enough to be bought this as one of my presents and would highly recommend it as a gift!

As many of us know, Chanel is a very high end luxurious brand, and with high end brands, they come with a very high price! For 50ml of this fragrance it will cost you £51.50! (the prices change depending on the variation of the fragrance)

I was bought the Eau Fraiche variation. (which I must admit is my favourite of the bunch!) As I am terrible at describing scents, I decided I would google the description!

The top notes are described to be lemon and cedar; the middle notes are pink pepper, water hyacinth and jasmine: the base notes are teak wood, iris, amber, patchouli, vetiver and white musk!

For the lasting power of perfumes, this has to be one of the best! I can still smell it on my clothes the next day, which must say something about the staying power?

Now for the packaging! I must say this is one of the most important things in a perfume (other than the scent!) and Chanel have definitely done it right! The packaging is simple with a silver metal strip around the outside! The lid is also very simple so it doesn't distract you from the bottle. They have  also slightly tinged the liquid a green colour which I think makes a perfect little twist to the product!

Overall I would definitely would repurchase this perfume as soon as I run out!

What do you think of this perfume? Have you tried it before? Let me know what you think.
